dishware/utensils,coffee maker, table and 2 chairs.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If a reservation is canceled 7 days prior to arrival date a full refund will be issued.
If a reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival you are not eligible to receive a refund, the full reservation including an administration fee of 5% will be charged to your credit card.
If you NO SHOW you are not eligible to receive a refund, the full reservation including an administration fee of 5% will be charged to your credit card.
There are NO refunds for early departure including monthly stays.
